Hi there, I'm Andy. I'm a designer in Toronto currently doing design research at IBM for watsonx.
My background in architecture drew upon diverse disciplines and challenged my capacity to exercise them all at once. Architecture taught me how to work hard and be open to new experiences.
I pivoted into UX design after working on wayfinding for the 2020 World Expo, a human-centered discipline that requires a high degree of craftsmanship in information design, spatial design, and experience design.
TLDR — I find great fulfillment in being multi-disciplinary.

Outside of work hours I like to watch films with good cinematography, read thriller fiction, and take photography with my Fujifilm camera.
These days I'm trying to eat more fiber and spend less time on social media.
